Our comprehensive website design strategy ensures a perfectly crafted website for your business.
Consultation
We start by listening to your goals - selling a physical product, downloadable items like music, or a service such as a membership site or a combination like a sles/barter website.
For Small business eCommerce projects we - can do the basics like creating a shopping cart, setting up payment methods, designing a celan looking, modern website, and keeping your website up to date at an econmical rate.
For larger website projects we consult with you on your needs and proceed based on those discussions.
Statement of Work
After discussions with you and your team we will create generate a detailed statement of work that describes not only the look and feel of the website but also the ecommerce functions needed.
We create 2-3 mockups (graphical representations of what the website will look like).
We solicit your feedback. Generally, we are close to your needs on, at least, one of the mockups which we will then alter as needed to meet your needs. We also work hand in hand with you and your team to ensure the functionality is accurately described.
Final Design
We use the approved mockup image, the website Table of Contents (sitemap) and the functional description to create the website design and to begin creating the inner page functionality based on the homepage Look and Feel.
We also collect all the product images, description, prices and other information in a spreadsheet to upload to the product catalog
We then present the "Draft" version of the website for your review, comment and ultimately your approval.
